About Us
At Keepers of Balance, we create immersive, story-driven escape room adventures that let guests step out of everyday life and into unforgettable experiences. With live actors and 4D effects (sound, fog, water, scent, and more), we bring stories to life in a way no traditional escape room can.

The Role
As an Adventure Guide, you'll be the bridge between our guests and the world we create. You'll host, guide, and enhance each experience-helping players feel fully immersed from start to finish.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and reset rooms to ensure a clean, ready-to-play experience
- Greet guests, manage bookings, and answer calls
- Introduce game stories and guide players through their adventure
- Monitor progress and provide hints to keep the experience fun and engaging
- Handle payments and collect guest information
- Help resolve guest concerns and ensure a positive experience
- Assist with opening/closing duties and general upkeep

What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Energetic, engaging, and dependable
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, interactive environment
- Organized, detail-oriented, and a team player
- Interest in entertainment, storytelling, or immersive experiences is a plus

Compensation
- $15-$17 per hour + bonus + tips
